Every year on the fourth of July weekend we go to the Gunlock Rodeo. Gunlock is a little town about a half hour away. It is totally podunk, but we love it. Its a pretty good Rodeo, and the kids have tons of fun doing the chicken chase, and the shoe race. Its a great time! This year my mom and dad came with us.

The chicken chase. If you catch a chicken, you can either keep it or trade it in for a dollar. We have never caught a chicken in all the years we have been going. My kids arent very chicken savy.
