A quick trip up North

After school got out the kids and I took a quick trip up north to visit Grandma and Grandpa and sew a few quilts. Grandma had given Riley a quilt kit for her birthday and she was dying to sew it. We had a great time sewing, riding bikes in the cul-de-sac, and planting G and G's garden. One evening Grandma and Grandpa had a prior engagement, so the kids and I decided to check out the Bean Museum. We had a blast! We had the whole place to ourselves, and were able to look at all the animals, bugs, fish and birds to our hearts content. Click on the pictures to enlarge them. They are pretty funny.
